Flexible terms and requirements can be provided to meet our tenants needs. The basic tenancy includes: Rent and Rates plus a service charges for all maintenance, Heat & Light, building insurance, and cleaning of all common parts.
We can also provide furniture, full office cleaning, overflow offices and a conference room.
Through our sister company Roy Bowles Transport we can also provide storage, goods reception, road distribution and air freight services.
